Shipping & Returns



Charm The Runway takes all necessary steps to ensure your orders are packed and shipped with care and safety in mind. However, our shipping partners continue to experience regional delays due to increased volume this holiday season. All orders usually take 10 - 15 business days to be delivered. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order delivery date or transit delays, you may reach us by phone at (888) 207- 8615 Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (PST).



Charmview, llc, DBA, Charm the Runway return policy: All items are in stock and ship withing 48 hours of online purchase. If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery (888) 207-8615. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping cost to return. Once approval is given you will receive refund in the same form of payment received within 14 business days.


We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
